How can I help?

How it works

Counseling Services for Adults, Couples, and Families

I offer counseling for adults, couples, and families, with flexible session options to fit your needs. You are welcome to call or text me at (832) 318-0674 with any questions.

You can schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation, available in-person or virtually. If you're ready to begin, you may also book:

  • A 50-minute individual session

  • An 80-minute couples or family session

Sessions are available in-person, virtually, or as a walk-and-talk session around the neighborhood (weather permitting). Full details can be found [insert link if applicable].

Once your session is confirmed, I will send an invitation to my client portal, where you can complete the necessary intake paperwork before our first session. In-person consultations do not require intake paperwork, but for virtual consultations, I do require a consent form for telehealth communication.

Counseling Services for Teens

The process for working with teens follows a structured approach to ensure the best support:

  1. Initial Parent Session (50 minutes) – Before meeting with your teen, I request a session with the parent(s) to discuss:

    • Your child’s history and current concerns

    • Therapy goals and expectations

    • Your role in the therapeutic process

    • Rates and logistics

    • Any questions you may have

  2. Three Individual Sessions with the Teen – These sessions focus on:

    • Building rapport and trust

    • Understanding their perspective on current challenges

    • Identifying strengths to support the therapeutic process

  3. Parent Check-In – After three sessions, we will reconnect to discuss:

    • Progress and observations at home

    • Insights and recommendations

    • Parent coaching to reinforce positive change

  4. Ongoing Therapy – Weekly sessions with your teen will continue until they no longer require weekly support. Occasionally, I will meet with you to review progress, address challenges, and provide additional guidance as your teen's needs evolve.

If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to text, call, or email me. I'm happy to help.
